We’re looking for front desk attendants, party hosts, lane attendants, snack bar attendants/cooks, bartenders, servers, mechanics, janitorial, and sales pros.

A GOOD CANDIDATE WILL:

Be at least 17 years of age
Have a flexible schedule with evening/weekend availability
Bring energy and enthusiasm to everything they do
Be dependable and communicate well
Have no criminal record
Be willing to present a clean and groomed appearance with no offensive visible tattoos

POSITIONS

Party Host

Party Hosts creat safe, fun, and personalized birthday parties, where the birthday child is the center of attention. They organize and facilitate the entire party from start to finish, while ensurings smiles, laughter, excitement, and positive emotions, resulting in meaingful birthday memories that will last a lifetime.

Front Desk Attendant

The Front Desk Attendant welcomes and checks in guests with a warm, friendly smile. They assess guest's needs and complete the entry transaction accurately and efficiently, while assuring security, informing safety rules, upcoming activites and directing guests for a smooth and hassle free entry.

Lane Attendants

Lane Attendants are the helpers throughout the building at Striker's Bowl. In this role, you will bus tables when our customers are done so we can have a quick turn-around on giving out the lanes to new customers that come in. You will ensure all our guests are enjoy their experience by running food from our kitchen to our guests throughout the building at Striker's Bowl. You will also be trained in the redemption area so you can do basic service to the redemption machines and help with prize redemption. You will also be helping other staff members with their jobs to help speed up services.

Mechanic

Bowling Mechanics maintain the successful operation of our bowling machines through a robust preventative maintenance program that includes, cleaning, lubricating, and fixing all 30 of our bowling machines.

Snack Bar Attendant/Cook

Snack Bar Attendant/Cook greets and serves guests, prepares food, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and handles or processes light paperwork. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position at Striker's Bowl.

Bartenders

Our Bartenders serve our incredible craft cocktails and array of beers, along with food from our menu, to all our guests inside our bar/restaurant. Striker's Bowl Bartenders maintain professionalism at all times, are TIPS certified, and make sure that all our guests enjoy themselves without overserving.

Servers

Servers at Striker's Bowl serve food and drinks to our guests at the bowling lanes and throughout the arcade. We offer our full menu throughout our Entertainment Center, and our servers are our ambassadors of fun to all our guests!

Janitorial

Janitors at Striker's Bowl are our Un-sung Heroes from behind the scenes. Janitors clean and provides upkeep for the facility, performs basic repairs, maintains cleaning supplies, and operates cleaning equipment. Customers first experiences are very important and cleanliness and no off-putting orders is the first things people notice when things are wrong.

HIGHER POSITIONS

Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator is responsible for the entire party program’s smooth delivery of consistent and high quality events. They oversee, coach and assist the party team with their party responsibilities and provide the tools for their success. They will book parties, confirm and communicate with party parents to ensure smooth flowing events and parties. The Event Coordinator is also responsible for booking charities/fundraisers, group/corporate outtings, and much more.

Head Mechanic

Head Mechanics maintain the successful operation of our bowling machines through a robust preventative maintenance program that includes, cleaning, lubricating, and fixing all 30 of our bowling machines. They also oversee, coach and assist the mechanic team with their responsibilities and provide the tools for their success.

Operation Manager

Striker's Bowl combines exciting family fun with state of the art Bowling and a Redemption Arcade along with scrumptious food and fantastic cocktails. We also offer the option of holding amazing birthday parties and a variety of group events. Our Operations Managers are responsible for leadership in day-to-day operations, to ensure a quality experience for both guests and the employee team. Responsibilities include team member development, marketing coordination, facility oversight and programming implementation.
